The club, already home to global icon Cristiano Ronaldo, is reportedly keen to add De Bruyne to its roster in a bid to further strengthen its domestic and continental ambitions. Ronaldo himself is playing an active role in pushing the club’s interest in De Bruyne.

Former Chelsea and Arsenal defender William Gallas has added his voice to the growing chorus calling for De Bruyne to make the move to Riyadh.
“It would be great for Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane," he said in an interview with "It would be great for the club (Al Nassr). I know that the club are desperate to win the league, so it would be a very positive thing for them. It would definitely help Ronaldo score 1000 goals because De Bruyne's vision is amazing.
