Jurgen Klopp’s troops managed to snatch all three points after a comfortable 2-0 triumph that saw the Reds take 74.8% possession and concede just three efforts at their goal.

But for one player, it was much more than another routine win for the Premier League table toppers.
Their 16-year-old youngster, Harvey Elliott, made his Premier League debut for Liverpool in that game as he replaced Mohamed Salah in the dying embers of the clash.
And even though he got just a single minute under his belt before the final whistle, it still meant the world to him.

The likes of James Milner and Rhian Brewster were the first on the scene.
But they were not the only ones as even Ian Rush, a Liverpool legend, also posted a message congratulating the teenager.
Needless to say, that was a moment to remember for Elliott and these comments will likely only help lodge it in his memory. Let’s see how many more Premier League outings he manages to tally up for the Reds.
