Kevin Mbabu joined Newcastle United in 2013 following a successful trial, and spent four years with the Magpies.
The defender only made five first-team appearances during his time at Newcastle, however, with just three of those coming in the Premier League.
Mbabu spent time on loan at Rangers and Young Boys whilst at Newcastle, before joining the latter on a permanent deal in the summer of 2017.
Mbabu – valued at £8.5m by Transfermarkt – recently helped Young Boys qualify for the group stage of the 2018-19 Champions League, which led to the Newcastle fans calling for his return.

The same has now happened after Mbabu made his Switzerland debut in their 6-0 win over Iceland in the UEFA Nations League at the weekend.
The 23-year-old has certainly gone from strength to strength since leaving Newcastle, and the English club’s supporters are desperate to see him return.
